Nazareth Schools

  The Nazareth Schools is a Catholic educational organization in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Rochester serving students in pre-kindergarten through grade twelve. The Hall and The Academy each offer the educational excellence that has led to their distinction as the only Rochester-area PK-12 urban school accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges. Nazareth Schools embrace the responsibility of providing a holistic education within a caring community without making distinctions– for students of different races, faith heritages, economic backgrounds and intellectual abilities. Students are challenged to recognize, develop and share their individual gifts as they learn to make choices based on Gospel values: cooperation rather than competition, compassion rather than indifference, and ethical choices rather than profit. Nazareth’s ongoing quality curricular initiatives provide the conduit through which students can acquire the foundation of knowledge, attitudes, and habits they need to pursue career goals and life-long learning, and to influence positively our global society.
